All uniform items must be purchased from the School Uniform Shop. Any variation in uniform items from those provided by the School Uniform Shop will mean that the item will have to be replaced.

Carinya Uniforms can now also be purchased via the Online store. Whilst uniform items are available to purchase online we strongly recommend that parents book an appointment for their child to be fitted for new uniform items or if students are changing their uniform as they progress through the school. Blazers for Years 11 and 12 students are fitted in the Uniform Shop by the Uniform Shop Manager. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a postage option for Online purchases. Orders placed online can either be collected from the Administration office or delivered directly to your child's classroom. This is nominated at the time of purchasing online.

Second hand items are available for sale from the Uniform Shops at a fixed price depending upon availability. Donations of used uniform items can be dropped into the Uniform Shop or the school office at any time. The Uniform Shop does not sell items on behalf of parents. Second hand items cannot be purchased via the Online Store.

Carinya’s uniform is custom made. Although we try to mimic regular sizing in our garments, every brand is different. It is essential to have a uniform fitting for students who are new to the school or when changing stages (eg: moving from Junior School to Middle School).

We offer 15 minute appointments during term and non term time. There are limited appointments available after school, so we suggest you book in early if this is your preferred time. If you have multiple children requiring uniforms, please book multiple appointments. A complete uniform fitting  for a new student takes 30 minutes per child.  Please ensure an adequate length of time is booked. When booking appointments online, you will receive an email confirming your booking.

There is a link at the bottom of the appointment confirmation email that will allow you to reschedule or cancel your booking if needed. Rescheduling a booking will move all of your information to the new time and date of your choice.

Most items of our uniform can be custom made for an additional cost, which will be passed onto families. Garments may take up to 12 weeks to make.

Student growth is taken into consideration at the time of your child’s fitting, and we recommend you to leave the tags attached to clothing until you are 100% happy with the sizing, especially if purchasing during a growth phase. Uniforms can only be exchanged or returned if the tags are attached and the garments are in their original packaging.

All returns and / or exchanges are at the discretion of the Uniform Shop Manager. Garments cannot be accepted for exchange or return unless they are unworn, in original packaging and have tags attached. Generally, returns are not refunded in cash. Where families are continuing at the school and garments are accepted for return, the value of the return will be credited to the family uniform account to be used for the purchase of future uniform items.

The Carinya Uniform shop does not operate for profit. Uniforms are sold at a price which seeks to cover the cost of supply and the operation of the shop.

Whilst Carinya endeavours to maintain the cost of uniform to a minimum, prices remain subject to change in response to supplier price changes.
